A return authorization number (RMA) is needed for ALL part returns. Please email:

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
No return on electrical automotive parts or special order parts.
No returns will be accepted after 21 days.
Merchandise MUST be in new condition to get credit.
All freight must be pre-paid by the customer unless it is our shipping error.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee on all returns.

Free UPS Ground Shipping Offer
Replacement Auto Parts offers FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders that are over $50.00 and applies only to the Continental U.S. 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii cannot be shipped by this method. Shipping time is usually 3-7 business days and cannot be guaranteed.
 
Overnight and 2-Day Air Shipping
Replacement Auto Parts reserves the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours on all residential deliveries. The shipping carriers also reserve the right to hold oversize orders 1 extra day. This is beyond our control and overnight and 2 day shipping charges cannot be refunded for this reason.
